Iowa Art

I want to share a collection of favorite photos from my travels around Iowa. As a hiker and rural explorer, I’ve been so lucky to view some gorgeous scenes, which showcase Iowa as more than just a flyover state. Whether it’s a view from behind a waterfall in Decorah, an effete piano at an abandoned farm, a “haunted” bridge with history steeped in local lore, church ruins, or an Iowa rainstorm rolling in, these sights have been incredible to take in. Where do you like to explore?
